We are specialist members of the American Association of Endodontists. We look forward to being of service to you. Our expert team, led by respected endodontic specialists Dr. Kenneth W. Tittle and Dr. Joanne Jensen, includes an experienced endodontic staff. We provide the highest standard of professional care in a friendly, comfortable environment. What to expect when you visit our office

Every patient that presents to our office receives a comprehensive examination to determine the particular endodontic needs that may or may not need to be addressed. Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Most of the time, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or comprehensive treatment plan will require an evaluation and an additional appointment to provide treatment scheduled for another day.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your appointment:

• Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable
• A list of medications you are presently taking
• If you have medical or dental insurance, please provide the necessary information to allow us to more efficiently process you claim.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
