Emergency Coverage

We design our schedule to allow for several emergency treatments each day. We will virtually always see patients in pain the day they call. We can usually complete the procedure for patients in pain. Less urgent concerns are usually scheduled at a mutually convenient time within the next few days. Patients who are asymptomatic or require or request an evaluation only may be scheduled out a few more days. So, if you call our office and an asymptomatic patient is scheduled an appointment in one week, don’t assume we are “booked one week out”. We probably still have time that day to see a patient who is in pain

We always have an endodontist on call. During the week it is usually Dr. Tittle or Dr. Jensen. On the weekends we will have coverage by our call group. The best way to contact the person on call is to call 676-3388. There are several endodontic offices that participate in this group. We meet every so often to assure we are all on the same page in our approach to addressing patients concerns. Patients do not have to be patients of record at an endodontic office. The offices are all within a short drive of Pleasant Hill, and we are comfortable that all the participation endodontists will address the needs of our patients.
